 restitution center for offenders with at least three most serious             
 felony convictions; defining `most serious felony' as an                      
 unclassified or class A felony offense that is a homicide, assault,           
 kidnapping, sexual offense, or robbery or an attempt or conspiracy            
 to commit, or criminal solicitation of, an unclassified or class A            
 felony that is a homicide, assault, kidnapping, sexual offense, or            
 robbery; and amending Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 35."

 "An Act relating to the maximum amount of assistance that may be              
 granted under the adult public assistance program and the program             
 of aid to families with dependent children; proposing a special               
 demonstration project within the program of aid to families with

 Social Services to seek waivers from the federal government to

 SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that  CSHB 54(L&C)           
 (TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION) be approved for calendaring at the            
 Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.                 
 SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that  HB 234                 
 (UNIVERSITY OF AK ENDOWMENT TRUST FUND) be approved for calendaring           
 at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it was so                   
 ordered.
